1. What services does Go Any Hospital provide? +
Hospital discharge & transfer, medical 2-way, recurring dialysis transport, inter-clinic transfer, emergency event standby, and cross-border services to Malaysia.
2. What are your service rates? +
Hospital discharge from S$120 OH / S$150 AOH. Medical 2-way from S$150 OH / S$180 AOH. Border-case to MSIA from S$350. Full rate sheet on the Pricing page — duty officer confirms a fixed quote on the call.
3. Do you provide cross-border services? +
Yes. Border-case services (SG-MSIA customs): S$350-S$500 (OH) / S$500-S$700 (AOH). Cross-border services into Malaysia: S$800-S$1,800 (OH) / S$1,000-S$2,000 (AOH).
4. Do you provide oxygen services? +
Yes — additional S$25 charge if required. All our vehicles are equipped to handle medical oxygen.
5. Are wheelchair-bound patients accommodated? +
Yes. Wheelchair usage adds S$25 to the base rate. Our vehicles have wheelchair-accessible ramps and tie-down rails.
6. What about heavy lifting? +
Patient weight bands: 80-100kg (+S$35 / +S$60 two-way); 101-120kg (+S$50 / +S$80); 121-150kg (+S$80 / +S$150). Discussed during booking.
7. What if I need to cancel? +
Cancellation within 24 hours incurs a 50% conveyance fee. We recommend confirming your booking early.
8. What about staircases or landing assistance? +
Staircase / heavy landing assistance is S$30 per flight.
9. What about waiting time? +
Waiting time at the destination is S$30 per period.
10. How fast can you respond? +
Dispatch line is 24/7. Most same-day requests are accommodated within 60-90 minutes.
11. Is this related to BodhiWheeler? +
Yes. Go Any Hospital is the non-emergency ambulance service of BodhiWheeler Transport — Singapore's wheelchair transport provider since 2014.
